What precautions should be taken when installing high-pressure solenoid valves

What precautions should be taken when installing high-pressure solenoid valves

1. Before installing the high-pressure solenoid valve, you should refer to the product manual to see if it meets your usage requirements.

2. Before using the pipeline, it should be flushed clean. If the medium is not clean, a filter should be installed to prevent impurities from hindering the normal operation of the valve.

3. Electromagnetic valves that have been out of service for a long time should be cleaned of condensate for easy use; When disassembling and washing, all parts should be placed in order before being restored to their original state and assembled.

4. High pressure solenoid valves generally work in one direction and cannot be installed in reverse. The arrow on the valve indicates the direction of fluid flow in the pipeline and must be consistent.

5. Electromagnetic valves should be heated or insulated when working again in frozen areas.

6. High pressure solenoid valves are generally installed with the valve body horizontal and the coil vertical upwards. Some products can be installed arbitrarily, but when conditions permit, they should be installed vertically to increase their service life.

7. After the electromagnetic coil lead (connector) is connected, it should be confirmed whether it is firm, and the contact points of the connected electrical components should not shake. Loosening will cause the electromagnetic valve to not work. For electromagnetic valves that require continuous production and operation, it is recommended to use a bypass for easy maintenance and without affecting production.
