Regarding which rating number to use for welding ball valves, welding valves are determined by the design medium and are generally used in flammable, explosive, and highly toxic pipelines. The design pressure is generally medium pressure valves. According to the welding process evaluation requirements, corresponding sub items of medium pressure welding valves are applied.

Welded ball valves are widely used in various fields, and their superior quality and high-performance stability are unmatched by ordinary cast steel ball valves. The service life of fully welded ball valves is much longer than that of cast steel ball valves.

Technical characteristics of welded ball valves:

1. The valve body structure is welded as a whole, and there will be no external leakage.

2. The valve seat is composed of PTFE sealing rings and springs, which have strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, and will not produce any leakage within the range of use.

3. The anti leakage structure of the valve stem includes one PTFE self sealing gasket and one O-ring at the bottom of the valve stem, with two O-ring seals and two PTFE gaskets on top to ensure no leakage.

4. The valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, and there will be no uneven stress, nor will it deform due to earthquakes or compression when vehicles pass through the ground.

5. The valve body is light and easy to insulate.

6. Directly buried ball valves can be directly buried underground, without the need to build tall valve wells. Only small shallow wells need to be installed on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and project time.
