What method is used to cool down during the installation of welded ball valves

Welded ball valves are widely used in various fields. Their superior quality and high-performance stability are unmatched by ordinary cast steel ball valves, and the service life of fully welded ball valves is significantly longer than that of cast steel ball valves.


Technical characteristics of welded ball valve:

The valve body structure is welded as a whole, ensuring no external leakage.


2. The valve seat, consisting of a PTFE sealing ring and a spring, exhibits strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, ensuring no leakage within its operational range.


3. The valve stem features an anti-leakage structure, consisting of one PTFE self-sealing gasket and one O-ring at the bottom, and two O-rings and two PTFE gaskets on top, ensuring no leakage.


4. The valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, so there will be no uneven stress, nor will there be deformation due to earthquakes or vehicles passing over the ground.


5. The valve body is lightweight and easy to insulate.


6. Directly buried ball valves can be directly buried underground, eliminating the need to construct large valve wells. Instead, only small shallow wells need to be set up on the ground, significantly reducing construction costs and time.


7. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline.
