Structural principle and application of bellows safety valve
The bellows safety valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines with operating temperatures up to 200°C, where there is unstable back pressure or toxic or corrosive media. It serves as an overpressure protection device, providing safety protection within the system. The working principle is as follows: when the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve opens to vent some of the gas in the system into the atmosphere, ensuring that the system pressure does not exceed the allowable value and preventing accidents caused by excessively high pressure.
The structure and principle of the bellows safety valve
Bellows safety valves are used in equipment or pipelines with unstable back pressure or toxic and corrosive media, serving as overpressure protection devices. The bellows can eliminate the impact of back pressure fluctuations on valve performance, protect the spring and other internal components from corrosion by the medium, and effectively prevent medium leakage. They are otherwise similar to ordinary spring safety valves.
